Dear Friends, 

Susan and I would like for you to join us and other members of Mansfield Bible Church on a journey to the land of the Bible in the year 2022. Due to Covid, Israel is not allowing groups into Israel yet, so we have had to push our trip to 2022. But I am excited to announce that we have set up the new trip from June 4 to June 14, 2022! We will see and experience the places you have read about in the Bible. We will have a wonderful time of worship in a boat on the Sea of Galilee where Jesus calmed the storms, we will see the desert oasis where King David hid from Saul, we will see Jericho where Israel first trusted God as they entered the promised land, and we will visit the place of Jesus’ birth in Bethlehem.

This adventure of a lifetime will be like no other trip you have ever taken because the time you spend there will reshape your heart for God and will be a richly meaningful spiritual experience. I can hardly wait!

Once you have been to Israel you will also never read your Bible in the same way. Your imagination will soar with the action of the passage you are reading in the context of a vivid mental picture of where the events actually took place. You will be surprised by God on this trip more times than you can imagine, and your future life experiences and faith will be impacted by the time you spent on this valuable faith-affirming trip.

Not only will your walk with the Lord be enhanced, but the trip is also just a lot of fun. At the Dead Sea, we have the opportunity to have a unique spa experience and float in the Dead Sea. Shopping and wonderful dinner conversations with new friends are a memorable highlight of the trip. 

We are also planning an optional two-day side trip to the country of Jordan to see Petra for those who want to take advantage of the opportunity to see an amazing civilization of the Nabateans. That optional trip will be from June 15-18, 2022.
